YES! All our handles are made from the highest quality materials and workmanship. We off 100% Guarantee for quality and workmanship. All Push or Pull handles are covered by a 5 Year warranty for mechanical faults and manufacturer defects and all finish coatings are covered by a 12-month warranty*

*Finish coating warranty is subject to handles being cleaned as per instructions found on Push or Pull website. Other factors that can affect finish warranty are environmental factors such as salt air/salt spray conditions of coastal properties also direct exposure to the climate, sun wind and rain may also affect the finish coating, warranty does not cover for this. It is highly recommended that correct cleaning procedures are followed to ensure long life of finish coating and handle itself.

Yes, All Our Handles are sold as a pair for "Back to Back" fitting (2 Handles per order) unless otherwise indicated. If you have double doors, then 2 sets of handles will need to be ordered.
We only accept returns for faulty products. We do not accept returns or process credits under any circumstances due to change of.mind or incorrect selection due to majority of handles being custom made for your order! So please insure you choose carefully correct handle before placing order!

General Cleaning Instructions To ensure product longevity of Push or Pull Handles, please ensure that only a damp cloth is used with diluted, mild detergent to remove any stains or fingerprints. After the handle is cleaned with this mixture, repeat the process with a damp cloth with clean water and finally use another soft cloth to fully dry the surface. Residue build-up from environmental factors, as well as sweat and dirty hands from users may cause discolouration to the original handle finish. To avoid such damage, please wipe products with a damp soft cloth and dry thoroughly. It is recommended that this done regularly and incorporated into a general cleaning routine. Salt water and salt air can quickly build salt residuals on the surface of the handle and MUST NOT be allowed to build up on surface, regular cleaning as described above is critical to ensure the longevity of the handle finish. Frequency of Cleaning The above cleaning process should be done everyone to two weeks or more regularly depending on the environment and location of the handle. Avoid Do not use cleaners that contain bleach, abrasive, solvent or alcohol based cleaners, or any type of scourer or abrasive cleaning pad. This may affect protective coating such as plating, powder coating and lacquer.
